OK - it's finally here people!! With a heady dose of nerves and a snotty cold!! BUT I am still really excited despite the nerves and the cold and been thankful for 3 fabulously warm sunny days in the UK (apart from today RAIN) relaxing with the people near N dear to me.
I'm on a 12.15pm flight to Biarritz (France) tomorrow followed by a 1hr drive to St Jean, where I commence the walk and will pick up my Pilgrim Passport. It does feel very surreal as I've been planning and talking about doing this for the past 2.5 years but planning it as a fund raising event for the past year - so for it to finally be here is very overwhelming and a few tears tonight!!
All is good and look forward to blogging from St Jean tomorrow evening ;-)
